Learning to tell the time in English is a challenge to young learners and an important content when we teach the Present Simple tense and routines.

With this wonderful craft activity, our third-graders were given the opportunity to make their own paper clock and practise moving the clock hands to show different times. More specifically, our students were asked to take turns and dictate a time to a partner, who had to move the clock hands accordingly.

 In this fun way, telling the time in English was made highly enjoyable and easier to grasp!
