Learning at a young age how useful the English language is and how it can help our pupils communicate with people from all over the world is very important in our school. Our 3rd graders have taken up the project of making Greek flags, writing some information about their colour, symbols and history and posting them to our eTwinning partners in England, Spain, Ukraine, Serbia, Turkey and Poland, among others. We have already received the Spanish and Ukrainian flag and learnt quite a few things about the countries. As a next step, we are going to make a quiz and send it to our partners to check how much they've learnt about our flag!
