Children are fond of animals and they like talking about them. That's why animals and more specifically pets are often a common topic of discussion in class since most of the students have pets and they are always eager to present them to their classmates.

The student's book latest units were attributed to animals in danger. Thus the students were informed about the animals which are under extinction and the reasons for this situation. They were asked to refer to the measures that must be taken in order to protect the animals and make any suggestions that seem helpful. Finally, the pupils were given a qiuz to complete. They had to fill in information about the natural habitat of specific animals, their food and the reasons for their being in danger of extinction.
